Meet & Greet

Would you like to meet me in person and ask your questions about training, racing, nutrition, performance development or sport in general? On selected Sundays, I offer a free Meet & Greet at Club La Santa.

In a relaxed atmosphere, you can bring along your questions and talk to me directly. I’m happy to share my sports science knowledge and my experience from high-performance sport – open, personal and with no set programme.
